This Privacy Policy explains how Qara Pulse, a product developed by Qara Digital in Kazakhstan, processes information when providing analytics and reporting services.

Information we process

With an authorized customer's permission, Qara Pulse may process advertising account information, campaign metadata, reporting metrics, clinic operational data and account access information. The exact data depends on the integrations enabled by the customer.

How information is used

Information is used to provide dashboards, calculate performance metrics, operate integrations, maintain security, diagnose errors and improve the service. We do not sell customer data or use it to build advertising audiences for unrelated parties.

Third-party integrations

Qara Pulse accesses third-party services only after explicit authorization. Access is limited to the permissions required for the requested functionality. Customers may revoke an integration through the relevant provider or request disconnection from Qara Pulse.

Security and retention

We use access controls, tenant isolation and encrypted credential storage. Information is retained only while required to provide the service, meet legal obligations and maintain auditable records. Retention periods may be agreed with each customer.

Your choices

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of their information, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. Integration access can be revoked at any time.
